Booth Application

Exhibit Booth Packages

Exhibit booths are sold in 10’ x 10’ increments. Carpet, additional furniture, A/V, computer, internet and other needs can be ordered in advance for an additional charge. (NOTE: Carpet is mandatory for all booth space.)

Inclusions for 10’ x 10’ and 10’ x 20’ Booths

  • 8' draped back wall and 3' draped side rails
  • One 6’ skirted table and two chairs per 100 sq. ft.
  • One wastebasket
  • Black and white company identification sign

Additional Inclusions for Exhibitors

  • Link to your company homepage from the conference website
  • Exhibitor badges for your staff, quantity dependent upon booth size
    • Up to 200 ft2: Two (2) Exhibitor badges
    • 201 – 400 ft2: Three (3) Exhibitor badges
    • 401 ft2 or more: Three (3) Exhibitor badges
